For end user programming there is a major up front cost but so we offer pre-programming of inverter for a specific motor. Contrary to popular belief there is no self-characterization function with this controller. Requires expert to program it.

Recommend buying motors from actual Sevcon dealers (such as Thunderstruck Motors) so you can obtain motor parameters. Sevcon unit is not safe to use without motor parameters.

Requires non-economized contactor to work correctly. Willing to sell proper EV200 class contactors for it.
